In September 2019 we had the honor of facilitating our third Women Excel, or WE Lead. WE Lead is a 10 month executive leadership program for women in the Greater Cincinnati region, presented by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. Participants in WE Lead are ambitious, high-achieving, passionate, and frankly, really interesting women that we always have a blast working with.
Our role within WE Lead is unique (and we think very exciting). We facilitate a two-day kick-off event that takes place outside of Cincinnati in beautiful Hueston Woods Stare Park. We are the catalyst for two days of reflection, learning, and most importantly growing the cohort mentality and bonding between all of the participants.
Our focus for these women is simple: we want to prepare them for a year (almost) of dedicating time and focus to themselves. We do this by driving them through two days of career mapping exercises, starting with identifying their core values and leadership purpose, and ending with a plan to get them through the next twn months without sacrificing the things and people they love.
We are proud to be a part of this program, and are already looking forward to September 2020!
