This past week we were lucky enough to attend the Women in Leadership Symposium and were renewed with a sense of total gratitude for the women that have spent their careers making space for other women to grow. Throughout each of the women's leadership stories, there was a common thread: making space for the women that you mentor or those that will come after you to rise higher. Thank you to the Ohio Diversity Council for allowing us to partner with you, and to Taft for providing an amazing space!
