Over the weekend, we traveled to St. Louis to join the Gamma Phi Beta International REAL Leadership Academy. Our workshop group was mix of chapter presidents from across the country, joined by their chapter advisors. Over 250 passionate, excited women coming together to focus on their leadership skills and empower one another. It was the perfect venue for our Fostering Mentorship & Relationships workshop, focused on building relationships to combat gender bias. The workshop was paired with one of our favorite projects — the double Morse Code Necklace. Each girl made two necklaces with unique words of inspiration...one for themselves, and one to gift to another sister! Thank you to Gamma Phi Beta for letting us into the sisterhood for the weekend!
