Last Thursday, we spent the day in Covington, Kentucky with 20 women who work for various sectors within Children, Inc. Our main objective was to identify new commonalities among team members and ways to build each other up in the new year. During our workshop, we crafted Vision Boards that allowed participants to clearly articulate their personal mission statements. These women are ready to take on 2017!
