We took the class outside to enjoy the amazing fall weather at Hueston Woods.
This year, for the second year in a row, we had the honor of facilitating the two-day overnight retreat for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce WE Lead Program. WE Lead is a 10-month executive leadership development experience for high-potential, goal oriented women who are actively preparing for the next level of their career. The 10-month program begins with a kickoff reception at the Chamber, where the 56 women meet for the first time. The next time they come together is with us: for a two-day immersive experience for their retreat.
At its core, the WE Lead retreat is an opportunity for the women embarking on the 10-month program to get to know one another and grow admiration, camaraderie, and respect for the diverse perspectives they will come to rely on throughout the program. Beyond that, we design a deeply introspective and interactive experience focused on each participant understanding their current position within their leadership journeys so that they can challenge one another to push further on where it is they want to go from here. Participants leave the retreat with clear objectives and strategies for what they want to accomplish throughout the program and beyond.
We love bringing these women together, and look forward to seeing all of the amazing things these women accomplish together in the program and beyond.
