In July we were invited back to facilitate another great creative session for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority’s REAL Leadership Experience. Once again, our favorite activity of “strength speed dating” was a success! Throughout the full weekend of programming, participants reflected on their leadership purpose, which we infused into the creation of a personalized strategy map for the year ahead—complete with detailed objectives and strategies for achieving them. During our session, each sister and the local Oklahoma City alumnae created our new Leather Traveler’s Journal to keep her strategy map with her with the perfect place to reflect and take notes.
