Yesterday we met 170 incredible members of the American Business Women’s Association at the ABWA National Women’s Leadership Conference. Our workshop focused on one of the most critical steps toward parity in the workplace: understanding bias and its impact. As a group, we discussed unconscious bias, second generation gender bias, and the best tactics for recognizing and addressing both. We “bound” it all together with our Patterned Journals, which were customized for this event!
