As a part of our 2018 series with Xavier's Office of Alumni Engagement, we had a powerful conversation on Friday morning about gender bias and sexism in the workplace. We shared our personal story that led us to understand that we don't need permission to demand the respect that we deserve, and helped the attendees understand that they don't, either.
