We absolutely loved getting to work with the amazing, driven young women of Chi Omega at the University of Dayton. We built the day's activities around this idea from Chi Omega's symphony: "To be womanly always; to be discouraged never." We can't think of any greater power than being womanly, and we wanted the women of Chi O to feel that, too! Together, we discussed confidence and how to celebrate our strengths and partner with those that balance our opportunities. Everyone created a Morse Code Necklace showcasing their most valuable strengths that they can wear to any big interviews, class presentations, or other scary life moments when they need to remember how amazing they are.
