We evolved quickly from craft projects to creating programs to advance gender equity in organizations. We focused on meeting people where they were when we talked about gender bias, and used empathy as a tool to motivate action. We sought to open eyes and change minds, and we're so thankful for the hundreds of organizations who brought us in to do just that.
The work of diversity, equity and inclusion is challenging, and we're proud of the work we have done to push back against the status quo and the checking of boxes.
A year ago, we made the difficult but intentional choice to explore different career paths and have been winding down our work with Gild Collective in parallel. We're now ready to formally close this chapter—though we will continue to support and fight for gender equity in all of our endeavors... because how could we not?
Thank you to those who have supported our business and the two of us over the past 9 years.
Fuck the patriarchy,
Kelsey & Rachel
